A sleek, metallic, silver foil was used to create the cover of the Summer X Games 14 Media Guide. The outlined objects correspond to the four events (BMX, Skateboarding, Moto X, and Rally Car Racing). Each are interconnected by the names of famous maneuvers done in each event (Bunny Hop, Lazy Boy, Sidewinder). The interior pages were restricted to black and white, but still carry through elements from the cover while using hierarchy to organize information in an easy-to-find manner. The media guide won a League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) Platinum Award.
